A wonderful stay in Ortigia, perfect for exploring the local attractions! The superior room was large and had beautiful painted ceilings. We had two nice balconies to enjoy the views. It was great being just a short walk from sights like the Fountain of Arethusa and Museo dei Pupi. The breakfast offered a good selection, especially the fresh fruit. However, the lack of tea or coffee-making facilities in the room was a downside for us.

Great location right in the heart of Ortigia Island.

We faced serious issues with our room's amenities. The sink was clogged for three days, making basic hygiene a challenge. The Wi-Fi was completely unreliable, and despite informing the staff multiple times, there was no follow-up or effective solution.

The bathroom was quite small, especially the shower, which had an awkward door. Noise from the hallway easily seeped through the thin door during peak morning hours, disrupting sleep. Parking was a hassle with an outdated machine that only accepted cash. Breakfast, while decent in range, could use some improvements, particularly regarding the freshness of items like hard-boiled eggs.

A slight downside was the lack of a lift, making it difficult to navigate the third floor. The limited parking options in such a central location also presented a challenge when arriving by car.

Had an amazing stay with friends! The location is perfect for visiting the beautiful Cathedral and exploring vibrant local markets. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our experience even better. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a great variety, especially the fresh espresso made to order. Definitely a good spot to check out!

The only downside was that the parking situation was a bit confusing. We struggled with the old ticket machine and had to figure out cash payments for parking.

The location is fantastic for exploring Ortigia all within walking distance. Breakfast was plentiful, with great service from the staff who were all very helpful. The hallways felt warm and welcoming and the atmosphere was charming.
